SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and ready to ship.
We currently offer shipping within New Zealand & Australia
We will provide a tracking number with all orders so that you can keep track of your order. However please note, Once we ship your order, we are no longer responsible for your package. It is under the care of the post office and is out of our control. If your parcel goes missing, this will need to be sorted with the shipping company.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase so if you aren't satisfied with it for any reason, Please read over the return instructions below;
- Firstly, Please send an email to email@example.com explaining the reason - If possible, include the customer's full name and order number
-Note that items are only eligible for return within 14 days after purchase. After 14 days, we unfortunately do not offer refunds under any circumstances
- The item must be in new condition and in original packaging. If it appears to be worn or washed, or the tags have been removed, it will not be accepted for return
- The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We check our Products very carefully before we send them out, but if you receive a defected item, please send us pictures of the products within the first 14 days and we will either refund or send you a replacement.
- Upon receiving returned items, it will be processed within 3-5 business days - full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the original purchaser, unless the customer has agreed for a replacement item instead.
Rainbow Child reserves the right to refuse the return if the returning condition is not within our return guidelines (as outlined above) or if item is damaged in the return shipping process due to improper packaging.
